Absolutely disgusting company that has zero follow through for their clients. They have lied about policies, employees leaving, and more. Avoid these guys, you can do much better with literally an other company provided that they answer the phone and provide you with accurate information.
please be careful when u get a policy from them hade bad experience lost all my money
NGL refuses to acknowledge my declined docusign after 1 hour on the phone and multiple emails. They took my money before I accepted and want me to cancel a policy that I did not sign for to get "most" of my money back. Shady! Stay Away!
