This company is no good. I lost the policy I bought and paid for for over 20 years, I was told when I purchased the plan that the monthly amount was guaranteed not to change, now years later they want triple and quadruple the price that I originally got the policy for. This is not a term policy it's universal life and I guess that's why those aren't sold that much anymore. Horrible experience! Most likely a got scammed! 4 years ago I bought a life insurance policy with IUL with life benefits. I make 1 annual payment for almost $12,000 USD every year for 4 years and one year ago I got an accident I fell off my bicycle at the park in the morning I broke my Clavicle and shoulder I went to BSC Hospital next thing you know I got surgery they put on me 3 pieces of surgical metal plus 12 screws an 18 stapples, I couldn't work for almost 5 months I live by myself I don't have no one to help me at home... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Less than poor service and zero trust. Policy pulled money out of my account on 1/28/2026. Amount was more than what was quoted on my paperwork. Made refund and account cancellation request on 2/2/2026, before all policy paperwork has been completed. Lied to numerous times over the phone throughout February about policy refund being issued and when I’d receive it. Then told I never made the request to begin with on 2/24/2026.
