Do not put your money with this company. 1.7 million dollars and my client can’t withdrawal because they won’t produce a statement for a transfer request. Customer service is also fully outsourced so they’re also mildly difficult to understand. If you guys could see the amount of correspondence and how many times that there answers have changed you’d be appalled. My client is considering legal actions.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Less than poor service and zero trust. Policy pulled money out of my account on 1/28/2026. Amount was more than what was quoted on my paperwork. Made refund and account cancellation request on 2/2/2026, before all policy paperwork has been completed. Lied to numerous times over the phone throughout February about policy refund being issued and when I’d receive it. Then told I never made the request to begin with on 2/24/2026.
They had vendors with all types of beautiful had-made items to purchase. The company also offered complimentary (free) gift wrapping for the employees, this room was beautiful and spacious. I could live on this floor, plenty of windows.
I have had an IUL with them for a few years. They have some fantastic policies. As well as insightful information about retirement and financial planning.
I have been a customer with National Life Group since last year thanks to social media and YouTube advertisements for Amplify. Once I contacted them, they immediately found me the lovely Jennifer who took care of my needs and those of my kids whereby I was able to secure two life insurance policies with savings cash benefits at a very affordable rate.
