I have had the worst and extremely expensive experience in mi life!!! MR. DOMINGO HERRERA sold me a Life Insurance policy from National Life Group, he sold me on the great benefits but the only beneficiary at the end it was only him. I did trusted him, all the things that he said to me which are so different from the actual policy. Yeah the wait is terrible I'm on now thinking do I really want to wait Hours
No STARS from me. This company is very BAD COMPANY when it comes to customer service. They say they will get back to you and they never get back to you. They say they will contact you and they never contact you. When I call them and get put on hold over 1 hour several times. They said that they will contact you and you will not lose your place. Guess what and they never call you back.
