Ryan did a great job with the sale of our farmland. We initially were going to use our lawyer to sell the property, but we are glad we didn't go that route. Ryan was much more knowledgeable and quicker on the draw about getting things taken care of with communication and all the details of the sale. He handled the calls about the land from potential buyers and saved us a lot of time and stress. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
