Alec, Brandon, and Nikki were wonderful to work with. Signs went up quickly and professional photos were taken (with a drone as well). Everything was easy on our end even from a few hours away from our property! I would highly recommend them.

I called Alec 3 times with no answer and no returned phone call. I called the office and talked with the receptionist and left my name and number and the property I was interested in and still never received a phone call back. No wonder the property has been on Zillow for 200+ days.

Alec and Nikki were great to work with. I had never done a large land purchase out of state and was a little skeptical at first since I didn't know Alec but it didn't take long to feel at ease and trust Alec and then Nikki helped get the project to the finish line. They had quick responses and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They followed through on all commitments and the whole process was very smooth from the purchase agreement to the closing. I highly recommend them and hope to be able work with them again!

Alec is amazing. We contacted him a couple of years ago with a vague plan to buy some land in the country. After a few near misses, he found us the perfect property and now it is ours! We could never have found this land, much less handled all the negotiations remotely, without his help. Highly recommended!
