We have searched for a piece of land to build our dream home for almost 3 years. We have gone through several different realtors that knew nothing about buying land and only had experience with buying homes. Then we met Tom and his team. They were so knowledgeable and helpful from the very beginning. He worked through every step with us in finding the right piece of land and making it ours. If we had to do it all over again, I know that we would choose to work with Tom and his team from the very beginning. Thank you Tom!!!

My experience with National Land Realty was top notch. They handled a very complex transaction, over a long period of months, with professionalism, patience and even humor. Both Tom Smart and Bill Sommerhauser were very responsive and communicative both online and via phone. I would highly recommend them!

National Land Realty went the "extra mile" many times over in their effort to find a buyer for our property. Our parcel had attractive qualities (lakefront views) and drawbacks (difficult access), and Tom hung in with several potential buyers until he found one whose needs perfectly matched what we had to offer. He and Bill were attentive, informative, personable, and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
