Early supporter. Have received multiple emails saying my Pilot is ready to ship. No Pilot, no response to emails. Now it is being offered for way less than I paid. And there is another similar product already to market. Disappointed. Traveling to Europe. No Pilot.
Can you give no stars? Website states: These traits combine to make urine testing a far more cost-effective solution for most clients, including addiction treatment programs and doctors' offices. Then why are they attempting to BALANCE BILL more than $19K for simple urine tests? Since I have only received a statement requesting a lump sum payment, I am unable to definitively say what I am being charged for - isn't Transparency in Healthcare supposed to stop this type of price gouging?
