Me and my mom got into an accident and she has called this insurance MANY times and they never answer. Then they send us a letter saying they can’t contact us? Get it right. They haven’t contacted us AT ALL and if we don’t contact them, they’ll close our file? Teresa or however you spell her name, you need to answer your stupid phone. Horrible company. Lie about refunds and time frames for those refunds to get you to sign quickly. Will low ball the price for a total loss. Had to send 12 listings to get a fair market value for the total loss. Scammer vibes all around.
Thank god, I don't have this insurance. I had to deal with them for a claim. This was the other party's insurance. Worst experience for claims.

BEWARE, if you get hit by someone insured with this company, settle it through your insurance and let them work it out. Was hit by vehicle People2Places, insured by them, dash camera shows their fault (cut and dry according to them). Happened 11/04/2025 and haven’t settled! Agreed to settlement amount, no paperwork, no money, no communication. No one answers, no return calls, no email responses!
