This company is the worst to deal with. If a driver that has National Interstate hits you, be prepared for them trying to screw you. **BE AWARE** Do not accept there estimate! I personally took my vehicle to a body shop in which the price to repair was more them "double". I had to file a claim with my insurance so they could fight with them. Note: If I could rate it zero I would.
If you get hit by one of their insurance drivers, good luck. Their driver failed to yield and hit me. She admitted to it in the police report. According to their policies they "reimburse you for a rental car." So I get to pay out of pocket for a car to drive until my car is fixed. They are also the worst company to try to get a hold of. I wouldn't use them to get insurance on my pet. I had to file a claim on my insurance just so they could fight with them.
