I only give them one star because I can't give none. They are horrible to work with. One of their client's backed into me. I was not moving. I have video from a local store. My insurance Geico said I was not a fault. Fred Loya is saying it's 50/50 and won't respond to Geico or myself on how they came to this conclusion. I have never had to deal with them before, but I dug deeper on reddit and they should not be in business with how they try to deny all claims. Really bad customer service
Don’t waste your time! The poor customer service is a foretelling of their service in general. Not all of the reps are bad but they need training. They need to record every call to find out these bad apples
I got a very suspicious phone call last week claiming to be my insurance company(national insurance) and asking me to send in a photo of my driver's insurance and proof of residency or they were going to cancel my insurance. I figured it was a scam since those are a basic part of setting up any policy and I knew they had it so I hung up.
