So RUDE! Not professional! Especially the manager! No greetings! Not a word to anyone, including one another! Waited 23 min in silence before acknowledgement! Then "yes what do u need". Snagged my DL out of my hand! Asked whats your problem! Mot our fault about your bad day/life! Canceled policy for GOOD! NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS DESPERATE FOR SR22! BLAH
So no receiving cash. Oh man I have to go to the bank and pay my insurance hehehehe.
Continually playing games with my payments. I have updated my card information no less than five times and they still continue to try and draft off of the old card.
