National Insurance , my wife have insurance through here . The ladies in here always very friendly , bilingual and the rates are very reasonable .
Poor communication. They take your money in a quickness, but fail to ensure accurate information in on customers policies. I called a week before my payment being due and updated my bank account information, as the prior account was no longer valid. They failed to draft payment to this account and cancelled my policy for insufficient funds. They take no accountability.
