Agent Erika was rude n unprofessional.
This spot is unprofessional, uneducated and highly untrained. Customer service is non-existant. Their job does not get done. Resulting in their mistakes costing me damages for their lack of communication and poor work ethic. Very rude and they will not take accountability on their own actions they will blame you for their mistakes on loyal customers. 0-10 would not recommend even to my worst enemy.
