While the nurses are very nice, it is 10:23 PM, I am out of IV medication, I was told it would be delivered between 6-8 pm but now I am told that since it is after 10 pm I won’t receive an delivery of the medication I Depend on to keep me alive. This is unacceptable. I would.go get it. If they provided an address. Every week I am left waiting, often without warning While they deliver medication late, without warning or now, now at all. When I was diagnosed it was extremely upsetting. Ive been going to National Infusion for 1 1/2 years. I love my nurses. I have gotten to know them well. Everyone there takes great care of me during my 3 hrs stay.
I have been coming here for 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I get red carpet treatment every single time. I have come to know my nurses very well and love the way I am treated.
