Picked up our rv today, work not done or diagnosed after almost 2 weeks there. No time frame indication when it would even be done. When dropped off for service was not advised of the tree hazard & to enter thru the main entrance, scratches all down the side where the trees wracked the rv & smacked the windshield corner. Cracks down the windshield toward the top on the passenger side, costing me more money & rv has more issues to repair than when I dropped it off. Will be filing a claim with the municipality. Be aware, if you are asked to pull your rv around to the service center access bay the trees are hanging in the road and road construction cones choke the lane. You will scratch the whole side of your rv and the service department did not advise us of this issue, even though they have had numerous complaints from customers about this issue. Overall a good buying experience with NIRVC Las Vegas. Originally we were looking at the Pheonix NIRVC location with salesman T Cunningham. He was great and very helpful even though we ended up not purchasing from the Pheonix location. Sales experience at Las Vegas was, I want to say as expected. Our walkthrough tech Webster, while young, did a good job of going over the RV with us showing all components function properly, how to use them and location. We went to this location under the impression it was an indoor showroom. Unfortunately, they only store some RVs indoors and the warehouse is not for viewing. There are only specific RVs indoors as well such as the larger higher priced RVs. We had no intention of walking around in the sun with 110 degree heat so it was a waste of a trip for us, hopefully this will help others.
