Astraberto Torres is an NIRVC all star. He is not only thoughtful and thorough, his mood is always upbeat and never fails to uplift me and bring a smile to my face. His position thrusts him to be the face of NIRVC. The company could not be better represented.
This place is fine to purchase something from. But their service department is not on par. For multi reasons, beware. I dropped off my camper for warranty work for a solar system, and they thought there was a problem and kept it for 3 weeks and ordered parts to fix it. They told me it’s OK to pick up my camper and the next Software upgrade should fix the problem and all the parts they ordered and put in it was a waste of time. Ok Where do i begin. I have been a client at the North Las Vegas location of NIRVC. It has been a flawlessly amazing experience and continues to be so. Astro is the Valet Manager at this location. Astro has always made sure that he and his team provide A+ service with every transaction. NIRVC Las Vegas is a great organization, one that is truly dedicated to customer service. We have stored our motorhome at NIRVC for over five years and are totally satisfied.
