Outstanding Service – Professional, Reliable, and Friendly It’s great to see that excellent service still exists! After a manufacturer recall, our RV’s awning stopped working. We scheduled an appointment with the service department, and from the start, Jeison was incredibly helpful. Big shout to Paul and his service team. We purchased a new Tiffin and had some issues. They got us in and worked with us to fix everything they could extremely fast. All of the staff was positive and ready to help. This is by far the best experience I have had from a dealer. I would recommend purchasing and using their service department.
Out in the desert heat. No indoor RVs to be seen. All outdoor.
The Pros: Jose and his crew in the body shop did a flawless job on the repair. Great service to relocate and pick up RV each day in back lot with electric hookups. Very nice customer lounge with recliners, drinks, TV and even popcorn. The folks on the back lot were unfailingly friendly and professional. The Cons: The repair took over six months of waiting.
