We recently had Rettrobands installed on our Coach at this location (we also bought our RV here). And I can't say enough positive things about the people at this location. Everyone is professional and courteous, but we wanted to give a special mention to Service Tech Dustin whom installed our Rettrobands. I’ve worked with a number of places that do rv maintenance and repair. They have all been really bad. NIRV is just the opposite. They are professional and on top of your job. I couldn’t be more pleased with them - I’ll never go anywhere else
We attended their motorhome expo in Lebanon, TN with friends and had no plans to buy a new one. Then we walked into the most beautiful 2022 Newmar Ventana and we fell in love. Long story short, we ended up buying it. Everyone we worked with was pleasant, knowledgable and customer focused. And the day we took possession we had a complete and detailed walk thru with Brandon Boisvert after which we felt confident we were ready to continue our trip.
Brandon gave a fantastic detailed explanation and review of our new Mercedes B Class. He was incredibly patient and didn’t rush. Working with Daniel during the sale was also a great experience. Any future endeavours regarding our RV will most definitely be with these guys and NIRVC.
