We arrived here and were treated like kings and Queens. They were very accommodating. We arrived early before they opened. The sales manager Brett welcomed us got us some breakfast, took us around for a tour. Then we met our sales rep Tyler Who was also very very accommodating said if there’s anything we ever need after we leave here he is here to help us, and I felt very confident he was true to his word Then we did our walk-through with Brandon who was very Thorough. Buyer beware! We finally were in a position to buy our dream mountain aire. First call with a slimy salesman “ nicest coach I’ve seen in 30 years….” First red flag. In negotiations it was supposed to have a Starlink in motion installed before pick up. During walk through it was noticed that the radio control box for the cameras didn’t work. Also had one tv remote that was fried. Both the remote and radio control box were to be mailed to us to have installed at the same time as the Starlink in motion.
