Extremely disappointed with the way this insurance company operates. I purchased a commercial vehicle insurance policy and paid the full annual premium of $5,700. I received the insurance card and certificate. Just three days later, I was notified that the premium had suddenly increased to $12,000 per year, and I was told I had to pay an additional $6,300 or the policy would be canceled. Was in an accident and I was the guy who has to pay them but they never sent me a bill instead in less then a month after the accident I was being called by a debt collector instead of the insurance company they don't honestly seem to care about anybody but themselves
