This was my first year with NITS, and Teri did a fantastic job! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend her and the NITS team!
I have been going to NITS for a number of years and the service has always been outstanding. Mike has been doing taxes for myself, son and daughter and is always quick, thorough and has provided suggestions whenever needed. We have also contacted him during the year outside of tax time and he has been responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. NITS has never been the cheapest, but the quality of their work and and service is worth it in my mind. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking help on their taxes.
I have been going to NITS for many years. Cindy Sheridan is our tax preparer and she is totally awesome!!! Always so willing to address questions and very prompt and professional. We have been with National Income Tax for several years. We were with them at their first location and moved with them to this location. When something is good, you stick with it. If it ain't broke, you don't try to fix it. We give them 5 stars plus! Excellent service, very professional & caring staff. Every year we drop our info off & trust them to get the job done, no problem! Cindy has been our trusted go to each time, every time. They take the frustration and fear out of tax time.
I've been going here and seeing Mike since 2019. I've had many different life milestones and jobs in different states and Mike always has my taxes done and filed within a couple days at most. I've done the last 2 years from the comfort of my couch via the client portal, so I couldn't ask for an easier experience or a better suited tax experience to handle my things!
