Fantastic service. The team was so helpful getting a quick appointment for my family member. The office staff and our tech, Melanie, were super efficient, helpful, and kind. The patience they showed ALL patients and their escorts was above and beyond. Would recommend them enthusiastically.
Last week i had a pet scan at the tampa facility. From the minute i arrived Ana at the front desk was truly welcoming. The whole staff was very professional. However, what really set Ana apart was when I realized that I had left my wedding ring at the facility. Ana immediately contacted me and make herculian arrangements to get it returned to me before we left town. Thanks so much
I needed some specific imaging done for a necessary upcoming surgery. The specific imaging required by my surgeon was denied by my insurance company. Ridiculous. Anna from National Imaging took control. She filed an appeal on my behalf and was relentless with her daily follow-up. One week became two became three. Finally, because I needed surgery to stay on this side of the grass, I decided to pay out of pocket and proceeded with the scans. Anna never gave up. This is the most respectful time efficient place to go for imaging. We had some issues with my mother's primary losing her results, literally 4 times. They were so patient and decided to call them for us to sort it all out. Every time we have been there, it's been 10 min and out. I won't go anywhere else!
I had a great experience with all the staff. I had a PET scan and the professionalism I received was better than what I received at local hospitals for the same procedure.
