Me llaman de Simón Med y me dicen k tengo con ellos dos pruebas para hacerme cita, programo mis citas y que creen cuando llega el día y llego al lugar muy mala atención llegué 1h antes, que sorpresa la mía cuando faltaban 15 minutos me dicen k de las 2 pruebas k me tengo k hacer me faltaba un referido, llame al departamento de referido y me dicen k desde el día 21 de abril los habían enviado a las 4:00pm. Fantastic service. The team was so helpful getting a quick appointment for my family member. The office staff and our tech, Melanie, were super efficient, helpful, and kind. The patience they showed ALL patients and their escorts was above and beyond. Would recommend them enthusiastically.
Last week i had a pet scan at the tampa facility. From the minute i arrived Ana at the front desk was truly welcoming. The whole staff was very professional. However, what really set Ana apart was when I realized that I had left my wedding ring at the facility. Ana immediately contacted me and make herculian arrangements to get it returned to me before we left town. Thanks so much
