The mould in the showers and dirt on the windows were pleasant compared to the staff. Someone called Cat tried to kick me out at 2am after fully paying for a room, that room being filled, and me agreeing to pay full price to sleep on the lounge (it was my grandma’s funeral and the whole town being sold out for a festival…I had no choice). She literally kicked me from a quiet lounge that was agreed by the manager that I could sleep on, and forced me to sleep on the floor (no mattress) in a fully an occupied room.
