I placed an order 4 weeks ago that has not been delivered. I appreciate orders can be lost or there are delays for other reasons. I have contacted National Hotel Supplies by phone (6 messages left as they do not answer the phone), email (twice) and left a message on their website chat function over the past 2 weeks. Fast delivery and excellent communication. Purchased sheets and they are the BEST quality! Haven't shrunk, warm washable which is hard to find, feel nice, quality thickness/weight and no pilling. Don't waste your money at Pillowtalk, Adairs or Bed Bath & Table like I did. Also purchased a waterproof mattress protector that doesn't make any rustling noises. Fantastic!
