I’d give zero if I could. Did a walkthrough on my new home, it’s been a year nothing fixed. Windows, paint in and out, cabinets, wall nail's, outlets. Do not buy their homes you get no help on warranty items
After they refused to pay for two plumbing emergencies, with wet floors, I am not at all happy with this company! They should understand and pay for when you have water leaking on your floor and have to turn your water off until a plumber can fix the leak!
We purchased our home from them and had everything needed on our end take care of. Home was delivered in November. After numerous un answered phone calls and un returned voice messages we finally have skirting installed last week after making our 3rd mortgage payment. Still have not received a call from Jon as requested several times. RecommendedWhen I was looking for a new house, I went through National Homes and got hooked up. The home buying process was easy and we were able to customize the colors on the outside. Jon helped me out a lot. He changed my life and my family. They made it simple and treated us like family. The home was a good deal and we like it. Go See Jon!!!
They did a really good job keeping us informed of what we needed to do and the next step, so it helped out a lot. We’ve had a really good experience with them. I got an open floor concept home. It’s my first trailer and everything in it looks good. I dealt with Maria and she was really good. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. If I had a question, she had no problem answering it. If I ever left her a message, she’d always get back with me.
this company took $500 down for the deposit.. we decided not to get the home because the unprofessionalism within the office, we have yet to see the money after being told the holiday's set them back.. been a month and a half.... PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEF'S...
Put a $500 down payment on a house, unfortunately we changed our minds and asked for the payment back which they said it was 100% refundable that was 2 months ago since then we’ve been ignored and declined phones calls and told that the holidays have pushed them back...? don’t make business with them, they are liars and thieves.
My grandfather put five thousand dollars down and has not received his deposit back. Jon Mingus continues to give him the run around and tell him he will get his money and he cannot reach them. We have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office, BBB, and Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. I encourage everyone to do the same. This is scam office and needs to account for its actions.
