Shannon was very honest and knowledgeable- letting us know upfront a general idea of the costs. This saved us and Shannon a great deal of time. While we are not moving forward with the project, Shannon was outstanding.
I had a new metal galvalume insulated roof system installed, also all new Low E windows, and had all the soffits and Gable siding replaced as well. This company is wonderful. They will work with you , everyone is very caring and kind. The pricing is great. I would recommend them to everyone. The workers that came to my home are wonderful and caring people. I’m so pleased with the outcome my home looks great 😊😊
The people who did the install were very efficient and the work was as expected. The only problem I have with the whole process is when I found out that the reason I went with them in the first place was that the entire install was advertised as a one day install. That was one of the major reasons I went with them in the first place. National Homecraft is a joke! I am from Texas and they temporarily put a branch of there company in Texas back in 2018. They came and put a roof on my house. The installers told me not to worry about the big hole I had in my decking because once the metal was placed down it would definitely not leak. Well guess what they were wrong. Since then shortly after they finished installation I started getting a leak in my laundry room. I replaced the ceiling and hoped that it was just residual from before they replaced it.
