Called in for special to clean the vents. Had to leave since the technician did not come for appointment. Spoke to them and told them to contact me when he arrive. Upon arrival I told him I only want the special that is 159$. The he gets approval to clean extra vents from my mom who he claims was speaking english and he explained it to her. According to my mom he never mentioned any money in begging of the service only at end when he wanted the money which he charged was sun of 630$ for services that I did not approved.
