You won’t meet a nicer contractor than Vance. Vance is fair, very quick to respond and extremely thorough. I’ve relied on Vance for our gutter cleaning for many years, and plan on calling on him for help with other things that need addressing with our home.
Vance and his team put a small addition onto my house and remodeled some existing space into a half bath. He always kept me updated every step of the way and even came back after the job was done to help troubleshoot some unforeseen issues, which he did not have to do!
Vance and his team removed and replaced wooden fencing between our house and our neighbors. My wife and I were not happy with the results, we were delighted. Very professional and respectful of the properties. They kept a clean site and left no refuse behind. Construction was completed expeditiously and correctly. Vance is also a great communicator on construction updates. He also answers any questions very promptly. Pricing was reasonable for the area.
