Work in a patient care setting, working with vulnerable peoples who are not well. Upon arrival, doctor was adamint about refusing to wear PPE, treated the patient as if they were not in the room, and was very disrespectful, would NOT recommend this service to anyone !! Poor,poor demanour ! Doctor need to learn about etiquette!

After waiting almost 13 hours for an appointment that we booked at 12 noon we still had not heard from doctor if he was indeed coming. In desperation we call for Paramedics. Doctor arrived 4 minutes after Paramedics at 1:05 am. He refused to come in to assess the patient and drove away without even stepping foot in the house. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. If you need a doctor at home do not call this service.
The Doctor was so kind, down to earth and able to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgable, professional and on time.The staff was helpful and prompt! 5 minutes after I submitted my online booking, I received a call to confirmmy appointment. I dont normally write reviews, but as my family and I are very impressed with this convenient service we needed to! We will definitely be using again in the future!
