We recently had a ducted heating and cooling system replaced. Staff were prompt, efficient, courteous and so respectful .. cleaning up after themselves beyond expectation. Great teamwork, thank you to all who attended and helped make winter more comfortable for us. Lisa and Keith in Wodonga.

It was a difficult job replacing an old heat pump hydronic & hot water system that did not work properly. Everything went very smoothly. Very professional from the scoping to the finish. Recommend them highly.

As part of our annual service, it was discovered that our heater was no longer safe and it was recommended to cease using it immediately. After contacting Daniel, we had a quote in my inbox only a few hours later. More impressively, our new heater was installed and operating by Joel and Lochie the very next morning (Less than 24 hours after accepting the quote) This is the 2nd time we have used National Heating and Cooling and delt with Daniel as we had two split systems installed before last summer. Fantastic service from Lochie and Joel and the team at National Heating and Cooling. From the initial consultation right through to installation they were nothing but professional. Lochie and Joel did a great job of explaining all the installation steps and guiding me in the use of the new heater and controller. Well done team.
