Had the a National heating and cooling come and quot for a new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning unit. They were fast at getting the quot out and once paid fast to get the install done. Was all going well till after installation was done. 5mths later summer is here and our unit isn't cooling the house. Had them out 2 weeks before Christmas to check the unit was told to keep a door closed to a room not used. 2 days later still not cooling.
