Sales person knew the products and answered all our questions. Installation was prompt and the installation team were friendly, personable, tidy and professional. No surprises, reliable and on time. 🙂

Had the a National heating and cooling come and quot for a new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning unit. They were fast at getting the quot out and once paid fast to get the install done. Was all going well till after installation was done. 5mths later summer is here and our unit isn't cooling the house. Had them out 2 weeks before Christmas to check the unit was told to keep a door closed to a room not used. 2 days later still not cooling. From our initial enquiry to the installation - was dealt with so warmly and professionally. David was so helpful through the process and they did their best to get our job done with the warm weather arriving. Our old Bonaire started to give up just as summer arrived. The crew that installed our air conditioner were so polite and clean… even impressed my mother. The Breezeair is a complete change to the Bonaire - can believe how cool our house is now.
