I have had visits with Dr. Le twice, once in the Hondo office and once in San Antonio. Dr. Le has been very thorough in the search to determine a sudden total loss of hearing in my left ear, which occurred 8 weeks ago. She has gone through a sequence of tests with me to determine the amount of hearing loss in each ear and has gone through the vestibular test battery with me to help isolate the cause of the total hearing loss in the left ear. I am SO impressed with the folks responsible for responding to inquiries as well as the office located in Hondo. Everyone I encountered is friendly and helpful. In addition, Dr. Le is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, takes time to listen to the patient, and explains her diagnosis.
Dr. Le is the best! She was able to answer every question or help me solve some unique problems like turning off the phone ringing in my ear when I am in the middle of a massage and my hands are covered with oil. She helped me be excited about technology and using my smartphone to manage hearing needs in different situations.
Laci is WONDERFUL. So knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sending my whole family to see her!
