The staff at the Cascades is great, it’s the administration that’s the problem. Since I’ve been here there’s been a battle over money. Though rent is paid on time monthly, I find extra funds added to my account. All this imaginary past due has something obscure to do with the past and disagreements with the State but all I’ve ever been billed for has been paid.
