The water lantern festival was very nice. I arrived early enough to walk around the National Harbor. I enjoyed a walk by ths water and was able to see the car boats in the water. There was a kids' movie playing by the sand area. The water lantern area was behind gates. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people who attended. It was very tasteful and respectful in the manner that it was pur on. Enjoyed the music, the activities, and amenities.
