I left NHC with such a bad taste in my mouth. I had a similar experience to someone else above. I was 5 minutes late for my first appointment. The building and entrance is difficult to find. The entrance staff was wonderful and said that it happens often. I then met with David McKenna. He did not shake my hand to greet me, he simply said " I only have 10 minutes, what do you want". NHC has changed my life. I look younger and healthier with my new hair and my confidence level has risen. There is a system, plan and products to fill everyone's special and individual needs.
