Give me dock right away but shut driver don’t move empty trailer from dock.I requested her but she was really rude and don’t move trailer from dock then shipper said me to move then I done my delivery. This is very disrespectful . I’m there for delivery not for move there empty trailer.
My company just does drop and hook here so it's a 10/10 no wait 👍
Slow and no1 picks up the phone even though they have 2 numbers. You wait 2-4 hours sometimes even tho u talk to a jockey since they dont pick the phone up. They need a priority system for people who are already waiting and checked in instead of bringing out trailers that aren't going to be picked up till the next day or 2... 1 of the yard jockeys were cool, but the shipping department team needs some serious work.
