If I could give a zero star I would. Company made lots of contact prior to the appointment (confirmation calls and texts). The consultant came out did a good job selling the company and products and we signed up, paid the deposit and got a welcome email the next day. 6 weeks go by with no contact despite 4 emails and 4 phone calls. Unfortunately the contractor used by national grid support to install solar panels on our roof didn't seal footings correctly causing flooding of our roof space in heavy rains. Because they used an external contractor national grid support would not accept any liability and the contracter would not respond to calls or messages. An excellent experience on all fronts.
Salesperson was very friendly, informative and provided a clear cost benefit breakdown. Installation was completed in 6-ish hours, installers let me know when they arrived, cracked on with the job, and then ran me through how to manage the system upon installation completion.
