I recently had a really unpleasant experience with a National Grid employee. I won't go into extreme detail, but their overall demeanor was incredibly unprofessional. They were dismissive, didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns, and honestly, their attitude was just plain disrespectful. He was also aggressive towards me, seemingly trying to 'rage bait' me into a confrontation.
