The only good reviews I've ever seen from this company are from people who are paid to make the review. National grid is by far the worst company to ever go through. They are a complete scam. I called to figure out why my bill jumped from 315 to 688 and somehow they "misplaced" my last payment? You're a joke national grid you're scamming hard working people. Shame on you, you need to be shut down 🖕🏻
The customer service is incredibly rude, and every individual gives completely different information. Most aren’t even from the area, just people who work from home 3 states away. Set up an “affordable payment arrangment” means you pay two bills in one month, not being told that this is what is supposed to happen. Literally 9 days apart. I’ve asked for people to come out and check the electric because something is very wrong, and way more is being used than what we are using. They can’t do that. I absolutely hate national grid. One it is highway robbery, when my usage is 80 but I have to pay over 100 for them to deliver to my house.. I live in the city. Two their communication is completely off. Got my electric shut off yesterday when I paid the bill and agreement over 2 weeks ago
