I give not rating as they have stated that they cannot locate the online bill payment. It has been deducted from my bank account. They want more money , stating they cannot locate the money. whatever is going on in National Grids billing procedure seriously needs to be revised. We cannot afford to be charged the extra fees due to their billing being insufficient and representatives being unable to locate a payment that has been clearly sent to National Grid. Attempted to get reconnected at 11:30am. They Called ME at 1:30pm. Never showed up.
Power has been out for nearly 11 hours straight. No attempts so far to seem like getting the power back online. Thanks to this my fiahtank has been off and my assortment of fish are fying off. Not that they could care, they already rob you of all your money, they've been Assessing the condition for over 7 hours. What takes 7 hours to assess? Why havent you figured it out? Customer service is terrible. National grid likes to raise their prices for no reason. My bill has gone from $150 to $400+ If I could switch, I would.
