Customer service is terrible. National grid likes to raise their prices for no reason. My bill has gone from $150 to $400+ If I could switch, I would.
The single worst power company I've had thr displeasure of dealing with. No point in calling thats if you can get through as their support doesn't know much about anything. Very poorly run business. Wish there were options as National Grid is by far the worst I've dealt with.
The only good reviews I've ever seen from this company are from people who are paid to make the review. National grid is by far the worst company to ever go through. They are a complete scam. I called to figure out why my bill jumped from 315 to 688 and somehow they "misplaced" my last payment? You're a joke national grid you're scamming hard working people. Shame on you, you need to be shut down 🖕🏻
