Power has been out for nearly 11 hours straight. No attempts so far to seem like getting the power back online. Thanks to this my fiahtank has been off and my assortment of fish are fying off. Not that they could care, they already rob you of all your money, they've been Assessing the condition for over 7 hours. What takes 7 hours to assess? Why havent you figured it out? Customer service is terrible. National grid likes to raise their prices for no reason. My bill has gone from $150 to $400+ If I could switch, I would.
The single worst power company I've had thr displeasure of dealing with. No point in calling thats if you can get through as their support doesn't know much about anything. Very poorly run business. Wish there were options as National Grid is by far the worst I've dealt with.
