Missed a payment paid it within the day they shut it off took them 8 days when I have 2 kids
Wish I could give zero on them monopolizing the area and not giving a damn about their customers.. we had weeks notice of a big storm and when expected problems occurs we have to wait for them to ship product all the way from Florida to mass to get power back on.. absolutely incompetent
Customer service is the worst ever, been on hold for more than an hour, after speaking with someone they told me another department would solve my problem, after waiting for about 30 minutes just got back to main menu
Unreliable and lacking in communication during outages.
worst electric company you’ll ever deal with. they’ll charge you more and more each month regardless if you’re using the same amount of electricity or less because they’re greedy and above all, shady in practice. they know the power they hold over people considering the basic human need they provide, and whatever money they can squeeze out of you, they will. god forbid that your power is knocked out from even just a storm, they’ll simply show up whenever they feel like it. if you have a disabled and/or elderly person in your... read more
