Worst customer service very bad experience
National grid Charged me after i had closed my account with them. Instead of trying to follow up with their customers, they move the bogus charges to a collection company to impact your credit score again. Be careful with National grid!
The absolute worst!!!! Worse than dealing with them in the boroughs. Representatives all tell you different information and never help you. I moved into a new home and it’s been a whole week without gas/hot water because the people who work at National Grid have no clue how to do their jobs. They shut off the gas before I moved in even though I had an active order for the gas to be on from move-in date. It’s been a nightmare dealing with National Grid.
