They say that monopolies are illegal in America, and yet we are forced to work with companies like this without any local competition. How is this okay? They will tell you that an appointment is scheduled for service activation and then repeatedly no show on you. I've been trying to get my service activated for over a week now and now they are going to make us wait the weekend. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Renovating my house and they told me to stop service online. Never called or verified. Called back 2 weeks later, they gave me a same day appointment (all day, no time) and didn’t call before they arrived, shut the gas off and didn’t document anything except that they didn’t see anyone. Called over 25 times within the last week and every rep has something different to say.
