THE WORST REPRESENTATIVES EVER, the woman answered my phone had this very vague and impatient tone of voice, spoke fast, and had a bad phone connection that I can hear my own voice echoing all the time. She was really hard to understand due to her tone and the poor phone, but she kept saying that she didn't know what I was talking about. 20 years of buying their overpriced elec and gas, MANY TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, then I move to a new house, dont get any bill in the mail, and they are going to TURN OFF my service over 60 bucks a few days late. SCUM. I hope they go out of business when solar takes over.
Can’t even get them on the phone
Horrible customer service. Completely disorganized company. Have spoken to many NG employees over the past couple years and they all say the company doesn't care about their employees or their customers. I guess that makes sense since they do have a monopoly in many states. There is no incentive to provide good customer service.
