Seriously looking into taking legal action against this company for the amount of scam phone calls coming from this exact phone number! So glad I found it.
We had a small gas leak and called National Grid’s gas emergency line. A technician was at our home in 20 minutes on a Friday evening - Chris was professional, thorough, friendly, and fixed the leak for us! We are very impressed with the speed and service.

Their customer service is TRASHH, and that's if they even answer. How does a company this large allow someone to have to wait on hold 35 minutes AND STILL NOT GET A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE. And no online support? Like it's 1985? If this company wasn't part of a monopoly via the state then it would be bankrupt. You people are the worst, seriously.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE SERVICE FROM worst company ever. During covid they didn't send anyone to do the reading ( of course to save money), and they continue to do so 2022( of course saving more money on customer's back) . I called to question why I got a charge of 200+ for two bedroom apartment?????? We even didn't used heat for almost the entire month. the customer service person was super rude and ended the call. Ridiculous prices without any reason. This company should close no one in this company
