Soñar una verdadera vergüenza como servicio que da para todo una ciudad tengo 2 días de estar en línea por 4 horas luego 5 luego 90 minutos que es el "tiempo" que según debo esperar y jamás atienden es estresante y de muy mal gusto estar escuchando esa operadora por tanto tiempo y jamás atienden me mandaron un billete 6 veces mas alto de lo que pagó y no pueden contestarme saben que quiero que me solucione y jamás atienden deberían de cerrar su línea mejor en vez de estar esperando

Billing is a disaster.
Horrible company! They are doing work in my neighborhood. They contract with the most unprofessional people in the world. They caused damage to my property and stole my car. There is no way to call any human to discuss. They will only allow you to leave messages, or file on-line forms
