On 8/6/2026 I went in to do a transfer service for my business, there were two ladies there 1 with window closed, the store was empty, I told her I have been coming for the past 3 days to do the process, and today with a empty lobby she said I have to come tomorrow because the process takes 40 minutes and it would be unfair if someone else came in and had to wait, and that no one else is there to help. While there was another lady at another window.

Today National grid made an unexpected visit to my mothers home. They were there for an inspection of the meters and pipes. She had no idea and called me. Once I got there I talked with them(specifically Larry) and let them inside to do their job. Larry had told me he had been there for some time and really didn’t want to turn the gas off. I’m glad he was patient. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I was there today to open a new account and the lady at window 3 was very helpful, knowledgeable amd patient. She advised me step by step on how to fill up the application. Definitely recommend
