Low quality phone costumer service
After given a day and time they never showed, next day called and asked when they could come turn on the gas and they responded 'that's unknown.'
Is there another gas company to use? National Grid is such a large company no negative review will cause them to loss business. However, if the people in charge get to see this review please change your policy when it comes to contacting new customers for service. You call from a private number and when the tech leaves a message there is no call back. Just think how many appointments can be completed with the right communication.
