The company that can wrongfully shut off your power but take 2 days to come turn it back on because they never properly set up my meter! No supervisor or emergency number they don’t care about a 2 year old asthmatic being without ac,food or his nebulizer these power companies are scum and we’re stuck with no choices no options no help in the matter A1 customer service with no option to get to a supervisor
Apparently, the person who lived in my apartment before me didn't pay their bills, and yesterday National Grid had someone come in and seize my gas and electric meters (I got home to a court document explaining the meter seizure -- the defendant was ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME) I then spent 2 hours on the phone (thanks AI) trying to resolve this issue -- ended up being told that between 8 and 10 AM today, someone would come and reinstall the meters.... it's officially 10:10, and I haven't received any communication whatsoever. Imagine they put my loved one in the collection agency for a bill that was paid 2 months ago lousy customer service as well you call and no one answers except computer so no help there. The fees are Hugh.
