They charge too much money and when theres a problem they take too long to fix it. Every person in that company is disgustingly overpaid.

Bad customer service, I was reviewing my monthly bill went up dramatically from $350 last year Jan- feb I asked him to call me by my name since our bill comes in my late husband name since he passed in 2014 I am paying thd bill since then, he said I can’t talk to you since thd bill is not in your name. But I just made a payment on that bill , he said I am sorry I can’t discuss it with you Okay I asked to be transfer to his supervisor, he said do you want to hold ?
