9 Days Pending on New Service Order. Company Back Room Office is demanding me to pay previous tenant bill in order to start new service. I have provided new lease as well documents supporting my claim. No response and my son won’t be able to stay with me this weekend if there is no hot water.
Worst run company. Only a monopoly could function this badly.
How are you putting interest on a utilities like it’s a credit card and your still paying on it I see my statement they got paid we not turning anything on until you pay everything you can pass out dead then they will turn it back on the people they got working thier pay in full or wee not turning anything on your food is going bad and your passing out let me tell you you something with thier interest rate and payment plans the whole bill in six months doughes
Atrocious service and even worse customer service. A total monopoly.
