Horrible customer service 2-3 days for power to be turned on
Tried getting electricity turned over to my name in my new apartment. Called 15+ times to do so, each time was told there is no account in my name, 6 months after the first call and 2 days after the last call to them i get my first bill for over $1,000 and a shut off notice.
I’m heading into day five of no electricity. Immediately rectified my payment mistake on Monday at noon and I’m still waiting for them to turn on the electricity. I’ve spent so many hours on the phone. Every call takes 45 minutes to get an answer or anyone to understand and give you information. At this point, I don’t even know how I’m gonna get electricity.
