I’m heading into day five of no electricity. Immediately rectified my payment mistake on Monday at noon and I’m still waiting for them to turn on the electricity. I’ve spent so many hours on the phone. Every call takes 45 minutes to get an answer or anyone to understand and give you information. At this point, I don’t even know how I’m gonna get electricity.
If I could give NEGATIVE STARS YOU WOULD GET THEM! No electricity for 5 days with no END IN SIGHT. I have 3 kids under 18! Nobody can bathe, cook, laundry or buy food because we have NO ELECTRICITY!!! Manager Guy never called me like he said, nobody knows protocol and now we are the ones suffering due to lack of training and this team taking accountability!
This company is absolutely ridicules, I have over treating to pay and figurate out this problem, but is imposible websites is totally out supposedly You have to wait for some code on the phone or email and never come to each one. Support never can help you I don’t what’s going on with this company
