My power went out suddenly at 1AM. I reported it online. I called National Grid on Old Campion rd, NH, NY. Auto system answered with instruction to press, 1, 2, 3 bla bla bla, I said, speak to someone. Immediately a man answerd, asked my name, address ect. He was polite and told me exactly what was going on, a crew had been assigned, a transformer was out and told me an approx restoration time. I really appreciated his professionalism, and explaining what had happened. Wish I knew his name, hats off to you sir, thank you!
They don't answer the phone. I've spent hours on the phone and haven't even spoken with anyone yet
