If i could give 0 star ,I WOULD. I have been calling national grid for a couple time last month Feb and also this month. Every time I called they couldn’t help me with anything and always saying the same thing . National grid destroyed my front yard along with my neighbors yard. Using a backhoe in the middle of winter to fix a problem is OK but not putting in a ticket to repair it until months later is unacceptable. Excessive damage has been done to my house front yard.
Love that they are raising prices just because they can.
