They are never any help and the lady on the phone never knows anything and always has a attitude
National grid destroyed my front yard along with my neighbors yard. Using a backhoe in the middle of winter to fix a problem is OK but not putting in a ticket to repair it until months later is unacceptable. Excessive damage has been done to my house front yard. I would like to also add I have two phone calls into them now to repair the lawn. The problem national grid has is the fact that one landscaper is responsible for fixing all repairs. This landscaper should not be allowed.

Unskippable irrelevant messages are infuriating and you continue to send me duplicated bills even after I contacted BBB about the matter. Charging fees for debit cards is also a predatory business behavior.
If i could give 0 star ,I WOULD. I have been calling national grid for a couple time last month Feb and also this month. Every time I called they couldn’t help me with anything and always saying the same thing .
