Should get a negative rating… I have been waiting 96 hours for a damn call back from a supervisor for their own screw up! 96 hours when I was told 24-48 hours… the public service commission also has been called regarding this and was told 72 hours from when I called them that’s up tomorrow… not counting on anything
Here with you… here for you…. lol company sucks, tried cutting my power over 500 dollars…. I live in a town with three hydroelectric dams and a solar field across the street. Shame on them!!!
Other than getting billed for 2 accounts instead of one, and taking 4 months to resolve it, now I can't make an account for the correct one on line because ENGLISH is not one of the language choices! Lolololololol. At least the bill is coming by mail with the correct #, but I can't make sure they're doing auto billing!
National Grid installed an ILLEGAL STREETLIGHT directly across the street from my home. It pours daylight through my windows at night. There is no guard on the blue-white high beam that is illegally lighting up the interior of my home all night. I called everyone I was told to call and was told it would be corrected within 7-10 days. That was almost EIGHT WEEKS AGO. The light is still burning into my home every night. Rates continue to climb and service continues to nosedive. Every rep will tell you something different and then the next one will act like you're an idiot or lying when you tell them what s previous representative said. National Greed should be disbanded by the state or at least barred from operating within the state. (I'm in upstate NY.)
