The only company that it’s a hassle to make a payment. Got the app thinking 🤔 it would make it easier to pay my bill but nope ! Every time I have to find my password versus other companies that let you stay signed in and or use facial recognition. I always let my bill go and get shut off notifications because it’s so inconvenient. 👎🏻

Unfortunate this company has a monopoly. If they didnt they would go out of business. Our apartment complex was incorrectly wired which they acknowledged so everyone had the wrong bills for 5yrs but refuse to provide reimbursements or help in anyway.
The horror stories about this monopoly made me scared of having to deal with them. Now I can confirm the they are true. I've been trying to set up electricity to my house that I'm currently living in and they are just no help. Finally after talking on the phone with a girl that felt like she was barely awake for 20 minutes she sends me a link and has me email my ID to national grid. It's the middle of summer and we have been without electricity in dangerously high temperatures for over 24 hours—despite paying over $600 to have our power restored.
