Service repaired on 02/16/25. No one has come to fix the concrete. I now have a sinking hole, kids falling constantly, and blacktop spread all over my yard. I have called and emailed and gotten zero response. This is unacceptable and unsafe.
Sent me a confirmation for my appt on the tenth and now on the phone they insist it's always been for the eleventh, it was never modified. 1984 or 2025? Anyway, since I'm such a gracious customer I'll accept the newly modified appointment without notice, but maybe they should consider getting customer service reps whose priority is getting your issue dealt with and not insisting that The Company can do no wrong
What’s up with the gas bill, more than doubled last yrs, and the customer service is ridiculous. They keep sending estimated bills for months even after changing to a new gas meter. Looks like the staff is not trained well even after calling them and being on hold multiple times there was no resolution. I understand that inflation has gone a lot, but not to this extent where the gas bills are more than double if not close to triple the amount from previous years. I feel sorry for the old people that have fixed limited income... read more
