absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. If possible stay away by all means necessary. Complain to your member of congress or to New York Attorney General Letitia James, otherwise you will get nowhere with your complaints. These guys are based out of London England and do not care if your services are working or not. I classify these guys as monsters, I have seen them disconnect services in error in the winter to paying customers, and then take days to turn them back on. totally heartless monsters
If I could I’d give it 0 stars. They’ve overcharged me BY ALOT for over a year, have had 3 appointments to service the meter so they stop overcharging, ALL 3 appointments no one showed up. Waiting on the fourth.
Should be a utility owned by the state, since it's a need - and should be dismantled in favor of electric, which we should also own. Like water, or the police.
