Absolute garbage company. They need to fire and replace their leadership. The incompetence in their systems is absolutely astounding. Long wait times, agents who don't have direct access to other departments and no call back feature when they put you on hold. I had to call 4 times in a row and speak to an agents who said a superior will call me back within 24 hours and they will put it in the notes on my account. Each agent said there were no notes on file. Finally a superiors got back to me and fixed the issue in 5 minutes.... read more
