What a ripe off. I got an electric bill and over \$90 is a delivery charge, mind you my actual usage charge is \$43, no matter how much you try to save on electricity they get you on the delivery since the state seems to change every month to make sure they can get the most from your pocket. This company charges so much to deliver the electricity it is ridicules. No wonder WNY so so expensive to live in, between this, national fuel charging an arm and a leg for delivery and property/ sales taxes, its no wonder people are fle... read more

Is very very expensive and does not offer a decent budget plan for low income. They need to look into the PIPP Program which is percentage of your income. Instead of budget plans starting at 200.00 bucks a month for no or low income families. I see why New York families are struggling, Im going back home to OHIo

Called to setup electric service, 2 weeks later without notice electric was shut-off due to a past balance from the previous renter. Called again, said it would be 5 days before they could turn it back on.

Oh My.....The cost of My Electric Bills are OUTRAGEOUS! Somehow, Ive used on an average 150-200 kWh each month this year, vs. last year (month by month comparison) If anything, I THOUGHT I was being much more energy conservative this past year than ever. I live in the same home, have no new appliances/fans/air conditioners, etc. that would have raised my electric usage. If anything, we havent even used out garage door opener in 8 months! Any ideas on a new Supplier that would save me \$\$\$\$ ? HELP! PLEASE!
