Booked a Load from a freight broker form this place. The truck driver arrived at the shipper for his appointment at 1 PM and was loaded by 5 PM. After loading, the driver went to the scale and discovered he was overweight. We immediately notified the broker about the situation. According to the broker, the shipper would wait for us (either the broker lied, or the shipper was misinformed). Really slow offloading. Doesn’t even allow drivers to use bathrooms,. Simply stupid. Need to have some basic sense how the company and the chain works
Nice place, but they nloading your appointment time, come early you have to wait, you can park overnight
